Today was Warbler day!
As I was walking along Lowesoft North Beach I came upon a small kind of depression in the ground. It was full of blackberry bushes and an apple tree.

I could see plenty of movement from within the branches, but little did I know just how many different Warblers I had stumbled upon.
Common Whitethroats, a Lesser Whitethroat, 2 Blackcaps, and 3 young Chiffchaffs were all present, feeding from both the apple tree, and the blackberries!!
This was a marvellous sight, and was a good sign that Warblers have done well this year.
Soon they will be lost for the winter, but I eagerly await their "warbles" in the spring!!
