Flat Holm, again.

Heyo its been a while since my last post and it being my blog I think I should contribute after all it does make sense. As like many of my birding trips I don't go far and a few weeks back I decided to head to a familiar place. Flat Holm Island is situated on the coast of Wales. I have been there before but ol' dopey me last time decicded to go when the migarotory birds had gone. This time I thought to myself to get there when the birds start breeding but hey guess what this time I got there too early. So what was I left with? More of those LBB gulls.

It seems kind of a waste of money travelling to an island to see birds you can easily see down the landfill site at first thought but when you get there you realise something that you wouldn't find back on land....peace. Due to flat holm not letting more than about 30 people on the island it feels quite nice travelling and taking pictures without the odd person wandering in front of shot. Anyway with the LBB Gulls there were ruddy shelducks which are a first for me but I didnt get a decent enough picture to show, so you get to see a ladybird, a gull and lamb of course!
