To much of my surprise my brand new scope came today. What is it you say? it is a Celestron ED80 that means ED glass, I know, I know fancy. I can assure you there is a noticeable difference and it is not kind of placebo effect. take these two pictures for example.
The first picture was taken with the Camlink CSP80. The second picture, same set up but with the celestron 80 ed. The last is a picture of a female greenfinch taken with the new scope as you can see it has picked up some of the finer detail on this finch
